Family Story: Boggs Extended Family Shoot
Y’all, we love love love all the times we get to photograph Lindsey and her family. Last year she made a point to have special mini shoots with various parts of her family at a time, which was so special. This shoot involved both sides of the family and her husband’s side of the family as well. Family shoots like this can be a great opportunity for the adults to update their headshots conveniently as well…
Commercial Story: Rural Clergy Fellows
This shoot was really special for me, because it wasn’t just about taking headshots for this group of clergy persons. All of my passions and giftedness came together at this event. Brian Foreman, Executive Director of Church & Community at Campbell, has this ability to plug me into events and opportunities that allow me to lean into different facets of what I love to do in the world.
This shoot was SO GOOD!!! See more photos from it, and learn about the Rural Clergy Fellow and the Campbell Youth Theological Institute!
Family Story: Baby H Baptism
You know I love when people create their own way…they create their own events and traditions…they shape what is most meaningful to them. The last time you saw this family on the blog, they were celebrating the baptism of Baby S in the park at the North Carolina Museum of Art. This time we are celebrating with them the baptism of Baby H in their family. This family gathers together family and close friends, out in nature, to set their intentions as parents, family, godparents, and supportive friends to raise Baby H in a particular way within this loving village. Shew! It’s just so beautiful!
Family Story: Welcome to the World, Baby M!
In case you missed it, THIS IS MY LITTLE SISTER AND BROTHER-IN-LAW AND MY PRECIOUS NIECE BABY M!!!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE being an auntie to my best friend’s kiddos, so what an incredible TREAT it is to now have a niece within my family of origin system…Also, can I just say what sweet parents my sister and brother-in-law are?? I am so impressed with them. They are taking care of my new bestie so well. I am so proud of them!
Commercial Story: Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness
Last summer Three Oaks saw an explosion of growth as new therapists graduated. Three Oaks is currently experiencing another growth spurt so be on the lookout for so many more caring faces to show up on the blog.
Family Story: The Singley Family
The mama in this crew, Catherine, reached out to me with so much excitement over the fact that all three of her kids were going to be home for the holidays with ONE DAY overlapping in their schedules. All three of her grown kids are spread out all over the country, so this was a big deal. So what better way to celebrate that than schedule a long awaited family photoshoot!
